Although Haste is one of those stats people think about. It's not one that is typically considered a primary stat when deciding gear.

The idea for Haste is to stack enough of it so that your Steady Shot cooldown equals 1.5 secs (the same as the GCD), appx 523 Hast Rating.

After that you really won't be thinking of Haste as much as you will Agility or Crit.
