Wheres the lock defensive love blizz? As far as PvP goes, I'm finding almost every class in the game has some fear immunity in WoTLK. And warlocks don't have any other defense besides that(Succubus well...sucks). Metamorphosis is available to Demon locks but thats a 51 spec talent and a demon lock has to severly sacrifice on dps for that.So warlocks have very little in the way of defense after your opponent makes it through your 3 sec death coil. Also, fear has diminishing returns and lasts about as long as it takes to cast the next fear which makes it impossible to set up any kind of rotation.Mages have, sheep, frost nova, invisibility, blink, ice block, mirror image available to ALL mage specs. It's almost impossible to catch a slilppery mage.

Why would you try to catch the mage if you can simply stand and nuke him down? While spellocking him or keeping seduced through counterspell or just doting and spaming fear. There are 2 types of mages: frost, which specializes in surviving and you can negate nearly all of his defensive abilities (devour magic, spellock or just seduce) and an arcane, which doesnt have any survivability at all and is all about insane damage - which you can easily interupt, spellock, cc the mage and kill him while /dancing and chatting with 3 friends at once. Seriously.
