I'm still trying to figure out why Christian hates Warlocks! I've never seen any sort of back story to the angst...I play a Mage too and to me Warlocks are just... more DPS.

I think he's just jealous because over the past 5 years, Warlocks have always managed to get the better looking gear! ;-P

He mentioned it on the WoW Insider show, something to do with PVP against them in BC I think

It might be because of the history of balance issues with the classes. It seems like none of the iconic classes are the best at their role. There is a perception that warriors are not the best tanks, priests are not the best healers, and mages are not the best damagers.I know, I was bummed playing a mage back in vanilla wow, that a warlock can match me in dps... (and can have a versatile demon pet, and can be a god at pvp with spam fear, and utilizes stamina to get mana back) They seemed better in every way.
