I agree. I came from City of Heroes and the first time I played WoW I lasted about 20 minutes. I hated the lack of customization.

But it's grown on me since then. And I used to have a huge issue with the stylized graphics and how the game looked too cartoonish, but since then I've seen games like SWG look totally dated with their "realistic" character models. WoW still looks great, IMO.
