WoW Moviewatch: Azerothian Super Villains - Episode 7
This is a movie that will bring screams of joy to many of you. Ian Beckman has released Azerothian Super Villains - Episode 7. Kael'thas continues to be the mainstay of the series, with his trademark voice and childish antics. Little shivers of glee still shoot up and down my spine at Beckman's masterful portrayal of the Dark Belf Lord.
My favorite part of this episode is the Team Rocket parody. Something about Arthas leading his team in a cute little poem just feels right. While I'm not foolish enough to believe Blizzard would include such a thing in Icecrown Citadel, you better believe that poem's going to be in my head every time I show down against him.
The story progresses fairly well, with the old gang reunited by the end. I don't know. I love all of the characters, but Kael'thas steals the show to such an amazing degree that I sometimes feel like Illidan is hogging the Dark Belf Lord's limelight. The final teaser does seem to promise more in the future for Kael'thas, so here's hoping the next installment isn't too far off.

I'm not so sure it's not appropriate for work. After Arthas did discuss his PowerPoint presentation ... which still cracks me up.

That one felt pretty lacklustre compared to the others, both script and editing-wise.

It indeed felt very lethargic. Kael'Thas stole every scene he was in, but I can't help but notice he seems to be the only character with a personality in this one.

Lackluster at its best!
Very little characterization in this one. He has the opportunity to create a *unique* evil team, but they just seem like more of the same. Sure their voices and jokes are different, but not much else is.
Oh well, here's hoping #8 is as good as #1 was!

Either he's lost his touch or he's stopped trying. That seemed... Boring and poorly done compared to his previous ones.

It's good to see this series again. The voice acting is as good as ever, but I think this episode could have been done much shorter. It's a bit too long and tended to drag a bit. Still a few gems in this episode, though.

Kael'thas was hilarious as usual, but I really liked what they did with Akama and especially KT. Ever since he showed up, Akama has always had that air of being the one person there that was actually intelligent, and I love seeing more of it in this one. Kel'thuzzad, however, is what kept me laughing. We all know that KT is basically Arthas's right hand man, but here he's reduced to a sniveling toadie with the maturity (and the voice) of a snotty 10-year-old. It just worked so well and is (at least IMO) one of the funnier parts of this episode.

This episode was awful. I can't believe I was looking forward to watching this.
