During Tuesday maintenance I'm at work, so no problems there.

If it's unscheduled downtime while I'm at home, there are lots of other things to do. Play other games, play a musical instrument, watch a movie/tv, read a book...

Or, of course, there's always going outside and interacting with some people face-to-face. Can't neglect those, even when servers are up!

I've tried, but real life ppl think its strange when i try to trade them trinkets and doodads for gold.

Hey, I killed these 5 squirrels, don't you want to take them off my hands and give me money?

Usually just get looks...or arrested.
