EH may not be the be all and end all stat to judge tanks on, but what would you have?

I dare say the guilds that are already going after the really hard mode stuff take into account situational awareness, use of cool-downs, jokes on vent, preparation, etc... when selecting the tank team. That sort of stuff is vital to a guilds success, but can't be quantified easily.

So we quantify what we can....
