You know, that comment about Staghelm puts him in a different light for me. I can totally see him as an embittered father of a son who died in a war, constantly blaming those who were/are in power in public to hide his own deep self-loathing, and in an obsessive search (a la many horror novels) for a way to bring his son back. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if he had an Illidan-like fall in a pact with whatever is causing the Emerald Nightmare, triggering the events that lead to that particular expansion (if it happens).

Great, now I'm picturing "Young Frankenstein", but instead of Gene Wilder and Peter Boyle, it's Staghelm and his son.
...but who would be Eye-gor? Varian perhaps? So instead of "What hump?" it's "What chin?"
