What classes are the people you have available when only four are online? I belong to a tiny guild of mostly married folks with wildly divergent schedules and responsibilities (and no interest in recruiting) - we all get together to raid one night a week and the rest of the time it's anyone's guess who is going to be on. Often we only have three or four, but as long as we have a tank and a healer we go run a heroic anyway. Sometimes we get through the whole thing, other times we leave with our collective tails between our legs, but we've learned a lot about doing more with less and fostered a cohesive camaraderie ("Wow, did we actually get through that?") that's brought what was originally a highly casual guild closer together.
