My "WoW friends" are completely and totally seperate from everything in "real life". There is one guy in my class at university that plays (2 geeks in a sports degree!) but we never talk about WoW, we play on different servers. That's in total contrast to my "Xbox friends" they are ALL people I know from school, work, childhood, university etc. and I never add someone I don't know to my list.I'm not sure why I have such a rule set, but I do and it's unlikely to change. And so things like facebook on the xbox get a thumbs up from me, I can see which of my "real friends" have xbox and I haven't added yet, whereas WoW on facebook just gets a "meh" from me.
