Yes, the high expertise on this blade is something you could just make up by taking it down elsewhere, but let's be honest - this blade would be a bit better if the expertise and crit were swapped due to the ease of expertise capping. that way, it'd be about 33% of the untalented expertise cap instead of 50%...
