I haven't even tried to get it because I found it very lacklustre dfor a Legendary item: I'd rather spend DKP on other things.

That said, my friens who got it are asking me if Icecrown's loot mandates getting rid of it already ? I'm notoriously bad at assessing 'proc' values... help please :-)
