The big problem with the healing priest set bonuses is that they are both based around Flash Heal. Holy priests rarely use Flash Heal unless they get a Surge of Light proc. Discipline priests rarely use it unless they are on tank healing.
I think that for tank healing discipline priests, the 2-piece set bonus might be decent, though it will all depend on how the hot works. The funny thing is that for discipline, it seems like the shadow set might be a lot stronger stat wise than the heal set. Both the hat, the shoulders and the chest are pure throughput with spellpower, haste and crit, which is easily better than their healing set counterparts with spirit over haste.
Of course the full loot table hasn't been revealed yet, but unless there are offset pieces that are stronger, I can easily see disc priests going for 2-piece healing set along with three pieces from the shadow set. For holy, getting the set doesn't seem worth it. The only reason to get it would be if the offset pieces available are weaker than the tier.

Holy priests don't use flash heal? So what are you using to stack serendipity?

What would I be stacking Serendipity for? As a raid healer, Greater Heal is not particularly good in any way, and after the nerf or Prayer of Healing, it is not that strong anymore. When I heal as holy, I mostly use Renew, Circle of Healing and Prayer of Mending, along with Surge of Light procced Flash Heals.
