Johnny, that doesn't make any sense. The GLeader is a Fury Warrior? Of course he should get it. Odds are he shows up the most and as the GLeader, he'll be around the longest.

When Uld came out, my guild at the time basically exploded after the announcement that our enhance shaman GLeader would be taking Val'anyr and had no itnention of going resto.

Presumably because that's insane. The only point of Valanyr is the healing dependent proc. Otherwise there are a bunch of weapons available in Ulduar hard modes with the same ilvl. Or did he see orange and go 'ooh, shiny'?
