I've also known some guild leaders who chose to simply gKick everybody from the guild when something went wrong, keeping the entire guild bank for himself. What's to prevent a weary guild leader of a high end guild to decide he's quitting the game, gkick everybody, and sell his guild (+all bank items, achievements, heirlooms, even legendaries(?) to the highest bidder? It's not even selling the account now, all you have to do is /ginvite and then pass over guild leadership. Just something to think about. Wish Blizz had implemented some kind of power check in the guild system.
