My question was more towards figuring out when I was ready for this (or my guild for that matter). We have some people that are only in blues (unenchanted, ungemmed) who aren't really ready for anything tougher than TOC. Similiarly I have some alts that are pretty undergeared, and I don't want to do a disservice to the group. Regarding GS, it's pretty helpful to know what kind of group you'll have, but I think the average GS of the whole group is the determining factor if you are using gear as a measure. Some groups we just didn't have enough to get through the instance (like hHOS the Brann event), and some groups even though one guy was in greens another guy was in TOC25 gear. Skill is still much more impt than gear though.
