Official Patch 3.3 confirmation and patch notes [Updated]

Confirming our earlier post, Blizzard poster Zarhym has just announced the release of Patch 3.3: Fall of the Lich King today on the official WoW forums. The complete patch notes are available here on WoW.com or on Blizzard's patch notes page.

There are still several hours to go until the patch goes live, so until then, check out our Patch 3.3 resources:

Patch 3.3 is the last major patch of Wrath of the Lich King. With the new Icecrown Citadel 5-man dungeons and 10/25-man raid arriving soon, patch 3.3 will deal the final blow to Arthas. WoW.com's Guide to Patch 3.3 will keep you updated with all the latest patch news.

Okay, so 3.3 hits. We get months of raiding and gear, then what? 3.4 But Blizz said 3.3 was the final patch for WotLK right? Well what about Mal'ganis and his whole deal with the Scarlet Crusade, and the dragons in the other sanctums in Dragonblight. I think we have quite a bit left ahead of us in Wrath.

"Ignore List: The amount of characters a person can ignore has been increased to 50. In addition, players on other realms can be placed on the Ignore list."

I was wondering if anybody else has downloaded the entire patch yet? The rumors I heard on this website was the patch was going to be over 1GB. However looking in my patch folder: \World of Warcraft\Updates\wow-3.2.2-to-3.3.0-enUS-Win-patch
I only see two files:
wow-partial-1.MPQ (459,544 KB)
wow-partial-2.MPQ (212,788 KB)

Thats a total of only 656 MB for the patch, now while this is a large patch size, I was expecting some more there.

I have tried to run my background downloader over and over but all it does is verfy what I have downloaded and is not downloading anymore.

I just want to get this cleared up before the realms come back up so I am not downloading then.

Anybody else have some comments on this?
