@ Valis and everyone else who is hating SylvanasI'm totally with you lol. I never liked her as a character to begin with, but her attitude in PoS is just ridiculous. She not only doesn't care about all those who died, she goes out of her way to insult them (even as her own subjects are in tears, mourning the dead). She's always had the attitude like the world revolves around her, and to hell with anyone that isn't a useful tool to her. Her entire story is how (like tens of thousands of others) she gets turned into scourge, and then hypocritically starts becoming more and more like the Lich King in how she does things.@FiernaNo, she isn't practical. In the PoS situation, the practical thing to do would have been to comfort the survivors or keep her mouth shut and press on, not insult the dead. She's the opposite of an effective leader. She puts her own personal priorities before the well being of those she is supposed to be leading. She takes massive unnecessary risks (making a dreadlord her lieutenant, anyone?) and now has shown that she doesn't even give a damn about her own subjects. She's still so dismissive of everyone else here, even though if it weren't for her poor decisions, almost none of the problems the horde and alliance faced in this expansion would have ever happened. Good luck getting her to admit any kind of responsibility for anything she did wrong. An effective leader places themselves on level or below those they are trying to lead, and shares their concerns. Sylvanas does the opposite.I'm eager to see what happens to her after the LK falls. Whatever it is, I doubt it will have anything to do with the welfare of her followers, allies, or any living thing on Azeroth...

I have a bad feeling that Blizzards...well Blizzards writing staff of 15 year old virgin nerds will have absolutely no consequence penned for her deplorable actions. I mean look at her she's gotten more polygon love than any faction leader...sadly i doubt she's going anywhere anytime soon. I could smell the cheapening of her character the moment that dragon killed the Slaves.Blizz could have had a good thing going with the Horde ICC wings...but noo we get a trussed up amoral tart. She doesn't make me want to save Azeroth...she makes me want to watch Arthas kill her again. >_>On a side note: Does anyone else get the feeling that the Horde is going to be really fractured in Cata? I can see her horrible actaions going over well with Rommath and Lor'themar.

Yeah, I agree that it's unlikely for her to get suitable punishment for her actions, which is unfortunate.Speaking of how the blood elf leaders would feel: if you haven't read the winner of the blizzard fanfic contest, I recommend it. It follows Theron and the others in how they deal with political issues in the period between BC and Wrath. Not to spoil it too much, but in it, Sylvanas basically tries to coerce Theron into obedience, leaving him in a near hopeless situation. It's not cannon, but it's probably what would have happened if that part of the lore were covered, imo. I doubt the blood elves would have ever allied with the forsaken if they had the military strength to stand completely on their own atm.And yes, seems like the horde will become quite disorganized...with Thrall going somewhere and being replaced by Garrosh (who will divide rather than unify), Cairne also being replaced, Sylvanas doing her evil thing, and everyone hating eachother lol. If there was going to be a war, I'd say the Alliance are in a good position to win as things stand >.>.

I think I'll check that fic out thanks!....poor Theron. :(I really wish they'd update Theron's character model....it's so sad to see him look like every other Belf in the game. I guess if your not a hot babe you don't get any polygon love from Blizzard art team...at least not anymore. It's so sad.
