You don't need to make a table for each new member. You can trade conjured items. I usually just trade a few to new people. I rarely ever use all 80 in one dungeon. I use 40 at the most and that's with very liberal drinking.

In addition to this, if they aren't on your server, the conjured items (however obtained) will disappear if you wipe and have to run back. May as well just hand out a few (or a stack); with all this dungeoning and re-buffing I'm having trouble keeping Arcane Powder in stock anyway.

OTOH, my use of portal runes has drastically decreased.
