Needing something everyone can use when you know that the convention is to greed is just being a ninja. This is not a difficult concept, is it?

But thats the thing: the convention is not to greed something you can use, and will use right away. The idea of this loot system is to NEED if you NEED it, and I NEED the frozen orb to make something.
If you feel that you need it, then FFS, NEED ON IT! Its not being greedy unless you have 50 of them lying around.

As for the price of the orbs, from what I hear, they are more of a hassle to put them on the AH. I know that on BWL they go for 5-15g, and I personally dont feel like spending ANY gold on something I can earn in a 5man, especially when I run several per day. I'm bound to get at least one, if not more than that.
