@ Knob: after wiping three times in a pug oculus, i can see why people would rather take the 15 min debuff and go get a sandwich. i will be doing that myself whenever oculus pops up. i used to like oculus but there's a barrier now for some reason, with the random group thing. i think it's because before, if you spammed trade LFG for oculus (or the h daily, which happened to be oculus), people would jump in the group knowing what they were getting into (and often knowing whether they could or could not do the dungeon). now, you get people that have never been in there before, that weren't expecting oculus.
anywho, as to bad experiences, the worst so far is rude people. very, very, very rude people. i've learned humor doesn't work with them, neither does sarcasm, neither does politeness. from now on, i'm just going to say the general greeting and then nothing. i will also be more liberal with my "vote to kick" next time people are being jerks.
