I'm surprised that they actually changed something from player feedback if im to be completely honest, i dont recall them ever given that as a reason for any change they have made in game, i'm not disagreeing with it however, i, like many people would love to have that weapon. I just hope they dont cave into this kind of thing that often as blizzards choice on things is usually for the best overall.

They didn't really change it because of player feedback... they changed it to justify removing it from the skeletal slaves so they could stop the solo farming... and also because a lot of people were considering buying gold to be able to get one...
