20,000g for a relatively high end weapon is not crazy for AH Players. After about 30 - 40K gold there really is nothing to spend it on except gear for alts and making more money (mounts are a gold sink). For the Gevlon types, playing the AH is just another form of pvp, and is fun in its own right. However you have to spend it on something to stay motivated to play more.My person motivational threshold is 60k gold. At that point, I go on a spending spree till I get down to about 30k gold again, and repeat. Considering I just hit a new high score of 68.7K gold, (thanks to everyone buying my gems at a breakneck pace), 20k gold for a hilt is completely reasonable. I'd still have cash for Merlin's Robes with some to spare. I'd rather spend cash which is easy for me to come by, then loot priority in guild.
