Luckily I haven't had the problem of getting a group with someone saying they can do something they cannot. But then again, i'm a full time tank so I just have to worry about a healer, which is still pretty bad.

And anyone that says they can tank or heal and clearly cannot are idiots and do nothing more than hold a group up and give you the dungeon lockout timer after they (rightfully so) boot you out.
