I'm a bear druid/ resto bear for pugs tho insta que ftw and I usually chain pull through instances but i throw out my innervate if i see a caster/healer getting low. I've got mostly 232-245 items not so threats not usually an issue unless i get a beast with me :P note if you pulling threat off a rage user it sometimes could be do to starvation, at least it happens to me on occasion in some lesser heroics >.
