Retribution DPS has no true ability procs (AoW/Exo doesn't really count) nor any set rotation beyond the first several seconds of a fight, but the rhythm and reflexes required to maintain the first-come-first-serve method don't come easily.

Because if a black guy made it, it must be rap. That's the only genre black people are capable of.
