In my opinion, you should not be able to queue for a random dungeon unless have have completed the dungeon before. In other words, random LFG should not be your first foray into H-ToC. Nothing like failing on the jousting part because someone has no idea what they are doing...

Yeah, I agree, at least for TOC + new heroics. The rest of them were designed to be run by people who didn't know what was up, but at least let people queue for those normally before you shove them in.
