Thus far I've found the gear requirements to be fairly annoying. After blowing through a bunch of dungeons on my main (healer), I jumped on a DPS alt who had been farming out TOC/HTOC for a few days with no difficulty, doing competitive DPS. To my dismay, the dungeon finder had me locked out of not only the new heroics, but also HTOC because I did not meet the gear requirements. I was baffled. I figure it must calculate an average iLvl, because I did have a couple pesky items iLvl 167 and 175 which I had not been able to replace. Everything else was 200-219. I had to spend a day farming reg FoS/PoS/HoR before I could get back into HTOC. Ironically, it then lifted the lock on HTOC as well as the 3 new heroics at the same time.

While I get the point of trying to ensure people aren't jumping into those right away, I think whatever system they're using to check gear maybe needs a bit of work.
