No one thinks a piece of badge gear is an indication of skill just because of the shiny numbers behind it, but an item that only drops off of a hardmode boss probably is. (You should have seen the whispers I was getting about the pants I got off of Jaraxxus after my guild's server-first TotGC25 kill of him.) 2.) Just because someone has had experience playing one character doesn't necessarily they'll be good at playing another, even of a different spec of the same class.Side note: I don't think your post was wall of text at all.
