A. I agree with war101 in thinking that it isn't that big of a deal that it's split up. But, maybe they'll take in all your criticism and not do it again (unless it has something to do with ease of formatting or, dare i say, trying to make an extra buck.
2. As a former blogger, these lists tend to be made at the request of your boss. "Know what people love before the New Year? Top 10 Lists! Get on it, Year in Review Team!"
So my guess is they just tossed around a couple of ideas and then sorted them out, though I am surprised 3.2 made #1. Maybe they did put more thought to it than I am giving credit for . . .
d. Really? You receive the most powerful piece of gear in the game and you run a raid with it? For what? Gear that will be replaced? Personally, I would have done a tour of all the faction cities, taped it and used BOC's "Don't Fear the Reaper" for the soundtrack. Then I could watch it over and over during my ban and know that at least I have plenty of cowbell.
