My last episode of the WoW Insider Show is on the air tomorrow afternoon -- it'll be sad (I really love doing this show for you all), but hopefully it won't be too maudlin. Fortunately both Matthew Rossi and Chase Christian have agreed to join us, and of course Turpster will be on with us as well -- whenever the T is around, you know it'll be a good time. We'll be talking about the most popular stories in Warcraft for the past week, including the arrival of Winter Veil, patch 3.3.0a and all of the other hotfixes this week, and just because I think it's interesting, we'll talk about the Battered Hilt as well.
And as usual, we'll answer your emails and chat live with all of the folks in the chatroom. You can email us any time of night or day at theshow@wow.com, and you'll be able to listen in to the show on the feed over on Ustream itself, or right after the break below. Please do join us, should be fun.
Whatever reasons you have for leaving, they are personal and private and I would not ask them. But you don't seem happy with leaving, so I assume it wasn't a personal choice. You will be missed on the site, and podcast.
Is writing for Joystig a better gig? I only visit WoW related sites so I'm in the dark on how much of a step up the new position is. Hopefully it's a gratz Mike moment. If so, gratz Mike.

P.S Pretty please put the after show up on the Monday, no idea if thats even possible but I'm sure there's a few folk who would like to listen to Mike's last one all the way to the end.
(My guild somehow cleared all the way to Saurfang, so duty calls for me. Gonna miss the live feed. I'm getting to well at tanks over Vent instead- Huzzah!)

Seriously though - you'll be more than missed Mike - I don't know who else will pick up the show after you've gone, it just won't be the same! Who'll entertain us with music during the pre show, who'll show off his desktop during the post show or make cracks with us prior to and after you've come on or gone off the air, who'll dish out mod permissions in the channel just to drop the banhammer on people for complaining about the sound quality? :(

If you read his actual farewell post you'll see he's moving up in the world and going to work for Joystiq. We'll all miss him though!

I can never make the live broadcast and feel I'm missing out. And it's even worse knowing I'll miss out on the good-luck-party leaving-do

Going to miss having you on the show Mike. Been a long time listener, and it's been good to hear both the live shows and the iTunes downloads.
I'll unfortunatley miss the show as I have to raid, but good luck and goodbye.
