Blizzard's right to run the type of forums they want to run supersedes your right to say whatever you want. You *can* say whatever you want, just not on Blizzard's forums.
If you invited a whole bunch of people to your house, and then one guest starts complaining about the food, you have the right to tell him to leave, and he has the right to complain about the food all he wants at work or something.
