I can understand where you are coming from, when DST his forst NZ, then most of the East Coast it did bork our raiding schedule for a while. Having said that over the Summer and Xmas period a lot of raiders have other commitments and it has worked out well for us. We can now start at a time our NZ members feel comfortable with and stroll through raids, and by the time they are ready to leave the Queenslanders and folk from WA who were unable to make it earlier can now come in and take their places.
Its mixing up the regular raid groups, and sure everyone may not be able to do every boss, but so far people are enjoying it. As a semi-casual guild it has worked very well for us.
