WoW Moviewatch: All I Want for Christmas is a Blue
You might remember this song from when we first covered it last year. But it was a great touch of Christmas music for WoW players back then, and it still holds its charm this year. Okay, All I want for Christmas is a Blue is a tad dated, since most people are now struggling to rock out their Northrend epics. Blue-quality gear is fairly well a thing of the past right now. But the sentiment is still perfectly appropriate.
All I want for Christmas is a Blue has that nifty real-life versus machinima feel when the singer is /inspecting other people in the real world, and I'll be recreating that in my mind while standing in Christmas Eve lines today. The song's lyrics will probably be a little tough to remember, but I'm sure I'll be humming it anyway.
As a special treat, if you really dig this video, you can now check it out in High Quality. Just click the littlle "HQ" on the YouTube page.

I must have missed it too. and like said above, she has a real nice voice. WoW songs are a win. period.
RetadinMan Dec 24th 2009 1:31PM
Yes, she has a nice voice, but she was horribly off key at some points.
Sarah Dec 24th 2009 2:45PM
She's better than Gigi =p
RetadinMan Dec 24th 2009 2:59PM
@ Sarah
No doubt about that.
Killchrono Dec 24th 2009 10:14PM
@Sarah
Here here, more power to people who can actually sing and not rely on autotune.
Karuna Dec 24th 2009 1:33PM
Have to say, I managed about 15 seconds of cringing before I stopped it. Go me!
kozom Dec 24th 2009 1:52PM
Wow, you're a jerk. Don't ruin everyone else's holiday joy because you're a cynic who can't enjoy good singing.
Karuna Dec 24th 2009 8:09PM
Wait a minute, I'm not allowed to say that it's a remarkably cheesy song because it's christmas? It's still a bad song no matter what time of year it is and no matter the subject matter. I cringed for the entire time, I can't stop my natural reactions.
And come on, anyone that says someone is a jerk for having an opinion is probably a jerk themselves.
Karuna Dec 24th 2009 8:11PM
And kozom, you'd laugh at a Shakespeare comedy.
nwoods13 Dec 24th 2009 1:52PM
yea she was pretty off key at some points... Some singing classes would be amazing for her for christmas =D
Shides Dec 24th 2009 2:19PM
I'd hit it.

This entire comment section is going to boil down to:
She is off key, and can barely sing/she's pretty good
She's hot/OMFG YOU'RE SEXIST FOR THINKING SHE IS HOT BUT CAN'T SING WELL.
Sarah Dec 24th 2009 2:43PM
Whoever sang that is very good. However the lip syncing was less than spectacular. Pulling the hearth stone out of her pocket gave me a good smile though =)

WoW.com commenters are always so grumpy.
annonn2 Dec 24th 2009 4:50PM
I wouldn't blame WoW commentors, it's just your standard internet reaction to anything a female does.
uncaringbear Dec 24th 2009 3:49PM
Cute video, and she has a unique singing voice with a lot of potential. Certainly better than the other singers who couldn't get near a microphone without auto-tune in tow.
