The WoW Insider Show returns to the airwaves today at 3:30 PM Eastern time, bringing you a hot, steaming plate of holiday leftovers. Well, if the latest WoW news and views are what you ate for Christmas dinner, anyway. Michael Sacco will be your jolly host, likely getting his halls decked by co-host Matthew "Burly Ives" Rossi, with a possible appearance by venerable editor Adam Ho-Ho-Holisky. We'll be discussing the part of Winter Veil to which everyone really looks forward: the presents, as well as the team's and our favorite articles of 2009 and the wait for more Icecrown bosses. Maybe we'll even talk about Christmas.
And as usual, of course, we'll answer your emails and talk live with the denizens of our seedy chatroom. You can email us any time of night or day at theshow@wow.com, and you'll be able to listen in to the show on the feed on our Ustream site, or after the jump.
I do wish you the best of luck, and I might drop in for a few shows to hear how it goes. But, with the Murpster duo gone, I fear it won't be the same - then again, we might all be pleasantly surprised, you are all interesting people.
I will miss Mike Schramm (SP?) and his efforts to keep the podcast under control, but will not shed a tear for the Turper. He talked too much and over people way too often. I will still download weekly and hope they can continue to impart some great advice and news with a few laughs.
I'm not sure if you've heard the last few podcasts, but Matt Rossi talks over people far more often and far more loudly than Turpster ever did. I also swear I heard him sshing people at times, which made me irrationally annoyed for some reason.
i wasnt sure if i wanted to continue listening to the show with mike and turpster, but sacco and rossi are doing a great job(listening as i post this).
Yes I have listened to the last few. Granted yes Rossi does talk over sometimes, but Turpster had more of a tendency to talk over folks with some inane joke that's not funny or he just wants to hear himself speak. Rossi contributes more to the podcast with his knowledge of the game and class specifics.
I'm sure it was great, can't wait to hear it on monday. (i'm also saying this in hopes of counterbalancing the "meh won't be the same" trend, as i find it super rude to the very talented Miichael Sacco and whoever's going to co-host from now on.)
@ tricia cedars i'm with you on this, oh and in before the downrating of doom.
So about what time each day Monday is this going to be posted to the site?? I am missing my morning fix, and looking forward to hearing how the show went.

**without**
Ramco Dec 26th 2009 12:05PM
No Turpster? Will this mean that since Mike left, The T left too, or is this a one-time thing?
kendall213 Dec 26th 2009 12:18PM
Turpster announced last week that he was also done with wow.com
So it looks like it's the Sacco & Rossi show.

Can't believe i was right, last week everyone was guessing who would be the host and i was the only one that guessed Michael Sacco

Post was/is delayed due to the holidays and the fact that I got trapped in a Blizzard.

Thanks for the update Adam. Safe travels! We cannot wait for the M&M extravaganza: can Sacco tame the hairy beast that is Rossi??? ;)

Losing the hosts apparently wasn't the only problem this podcast suffered. Now it's not going up on time? End of an era for sure.
Michael Dec 28th 2009 10:13PM
Two out of three weeks with late episodes? Boring Mondays continue.
