At 80 pre-raid, there's the Colossal Skull-Clad Cleaver from HHoL. At 70, there was Gorehowl, pre-70 there was Ikiss' Crow Wing Reaper, with one of the coolest and rarest non-unique 2H Axe models. And at 60, there was the Dark Edge of Insanity from C'Thun, though the proc would keep it from a druid's hands anyway.
