I would make the middle square "DPS uses absolutely none of their non-DPS skills". As a mage, it absolutely makes me cry to see other mages do nothing but mindlessly hit pew pew buttons. I de-curse, I spellsteal buffs, I counterspell caster mobs, I hit my PoM+sheep macro on loose mobs making a beeline for other clothies or the healer. That is also part of my job as a mage. Hilariously, even doing all that on top of DPS, I still routinely beat other mages on the meters. Yes, DPS is brought to groups to DPS, but particularly as mages we have a massive toolkit of nice situational shizz to help a group. And most classes have *something* they could be doing to help in addition to pew pew.
Few things chap my ass as much as watching mobs heal themselves because my counterspell's on CD, when I'm grouped with a rogue, DK and shammy.
