Around Azeroth: The weather outside is frightful
But the eerie lavender lava coming from the giant rift in the earth is ... delightful? Wait, that's not right. Robpaulsen of <Baller Status> on Tichondrius sent in this picture from Crystalsong Forest, which is a beautiful place until you stop and think about what exactly is causing that purple glow on everything (freaky crystal-making magic from when the blue dragons fought the black dragons.) Eating anything growing in that landscape can't be healthy -- although I suspect it tastes like grape rock candy. Deliciously jaw-breaking!
Remember to include your player name, server and/or guild if you want it mentioned. Please include the word "Azeroth" in your post so it does not get swept into the spam bin. We strongly prefer full screen shots without the UI showing -- use alt-Z to remove it. Please, no more battleground scoreboards, Val'kyr on mounts, or pictures of the Ninja Turtles in Dalaran. Older screenshots can be found here.

Why is this picture so huge on the side-bar?

More importantly, how are we viewing images and an article from the future?
(Clearly it is set to post at the time and date listed on the article, but a server glitch makes it visible in other areas.)

I think they should have done something with this zone - maybe they are holding in abeyance in case they need a patch 3.4 (hopefully they won't) but still, it's annoying that such a lush and beautiful zone basically has like 4 quests in it.

Don't the carrots we use for the cooking daily grow near there?
