If saying that the Alliance was formed because the Horde raged across Azeroth juiced up on bloodlust, wanting to exterminate the citizens of Azeroth is "pro-Horde", I'd hate to see what you think the cons of the Horde are.
The Alliance may be held together by other things now, such as the Burning Legion, the Lich King, and loyalty, but the Alliance in its original form was crafted in order to defend against the Horde. There's just no other way of cutting it, and it's not a bad thing.
