I think one key point people are choosing to over look.. This wasn't a decision Blizzard snapped to. I seriously doubt it took them 3 months to find his IP, etc. I would, instead, be way more inclined to believe that those 3 months were spent going up a chain and talking with lawyers to see if this was an action they wanted to take. Ultimately, I believe this was really cool of them. I'm all about protection of liberty, but IMO, when you CHOOSE to commit a crime, no matter how minor, with the punishments being well known, you give up your right to that liberty. (Key word: CHOOSE. Selling drugs is a choice, not something you stumble into by total accident.)
