The DPS sigil is a tough one. As an Unholy DK I find it more suitable; it usually takes me a bit to get my DPS going, so I find the ramping of strength works really well. I could see how it'd be less desirable for Frost/Blood though.

I found the best solution is to keep the both the Triumph and the Frost sigils handy. On movement-heavy bosses the Triumph sigil wins hands down. But on bosses where you aren't moving too much the Frost sigil can become more powerful.

I think it ultimately comes down to what spec you use and what boss your fighting.
