Am I blanking on something or....." The proc gets much stronger in fights where you have multiple targets up for a sustained amount of time, and you can keep your Serpent Sting on two targets at once (which you're doing anyway when you have the chance, right?).".... does this seem wrong to anyone else? You can only have one sting active at a time. You cannot serpent sting two targets at once and get more procs.

You absolutely can have serpent sting (or any other) applied to multiple targets at the same time. What you can't do is have two sting applied to the same target at the same time. But don't take my word for it, as this can be easily solved by logging into WoW, finding two mobs, shooting one with Serpent Sting, shooting the other with Serpent Sting, and then checking to see if Serpent Sting was removed from the first target after you applied it to the second.

One sting *per target*; you can manage multiple stings total. (The last thing I do before switching to adds is refresh serpent sting; then I can kill the add and come back, often, before the serpent sting has fallen off...)
