WoW Moviewatch: Spacebar Clown

Today's video is Spacebar Clown by TheGreyFoo. You might remember the creator from The Pally DPS Song. Spacebar Clown has a kind of a bonus video, in that it comes across as two videos in one. You have the first opening clip as a homage to the old 8-bit style video games, and then you have the full parody song afterward.
I absolutely loved the 8-bit opening. Not only was rendering Arthas in this fashion absolute genius, it was a nice little call out to the early roots of MMORPGs. It might sometimes seem tough to remember the old turn-based attack selection menus, but it still has a fun, historical feel to it.
The parody song is nearly as much fun, though. As one of those folks who just can't help spamming jump while waiting for a group to get together, it brought a warm feeling to the cockles of my heart. While not everyone knows the joys of their spacebar, I think there's at least more than a few night elves out there who this video will have jumping for joy.

Love the opening scene. Brings back some memories of the old 8-bit games. Great video overall

Wow, that was actually a really great video. The old-school scene at the beginning was brilliant, and the song was actually a little catchy, and not embarrassingly bad like a lot of videos. It was well-directed and put together,too. Very cool. :D

Hey! I'm one of those 'jump around like a tard' people while waiting for group. I'm especially bad about it on my gnome. They get some good air.

It displays how many times you have jumped, and I'm positive that it's most ESSENTIAL addon for every raider or pvper.

Sure, our characters are muscled beyond belief, presumably much more than our RL selves, but have you ever considered just how fit they must be to go jumping around everywhere?
I recently began a new exercise program that focuses on a different type of exercise on different days. Yesterday's was Plyometrics (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plyometrics)... After squatting and jumping for the better part of an hour I thought I was going to die. I'm having trouble going down stairs today, my thighs are too burnt out to support my body weight they way they should.
I can deal with dragons, magic, and even a 70:30 F:M gender ratio for the Blood Elf species as a whole, but spamming jump? That's just unrealistic.

Worst offenders of all are Gnomes. They jump almost twice their body height.
Also, @Michael Gray, moar like this. Even if it means MovieWatch can only run once every two weeks, I guarantee more people would start regularly watching these videos if the average quality were this level. This video was brilliant.

Best vid on Wow.com so far byfar, it combines 3 of my favorite, comedy(Nerf Jump LOL), Jumping and Sexy WoW charecters(Queen Alexstraza and Syllvannas GO GO)!!
ohh and makes me wish i wasn't tauren, there jump is so short xD
lesat i can go travel form for some high jumps!

That was great. I usually can't sit through the first 20 seconds of a song parody, but this one was so well made. Well done, sir.
