@RifterI had the *exact* same comment as you about the placement of buttons 4 and 5 (the "forward" and "backward" buttons). Last night, though, I made a discovery...I don't think you're supposed to hit those buttons with your thumb. Try using your forefinger instead (the one that you'd do a normal left click with). It's much, much more natural! I used some of those little stick on trainers they provided to help me with consistently locating them. It's still a bit awkward, but I've only been trying to use it for one evening. Hope that helps!
