I'm guessing that Blizzard used a generic card template to feature the picture, but regrettably didn't pay it enough attention to remove the artist's name from the card they used. There is no illustration information on any of the others, so that's just my thoughts on it......either that, or they selected someone who's English from a previous entry so as to keep it English-only. You know how racist they are. I mean, after all, Blizzard fakes all their hacks to get people to buy their authenticators! Really! Honest!
