I'd really like to know what the justification for this change is.

Protection Warriors being overpowered mobility and damage wise in PvP.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7xuJmsQv6nMHere is an example of a prot pvp video. Although the player in question is a very experienced warrior who knows what hes doing, it shows how much mobility, burst AND survivability the spec has. Seeing 35 - 40k health meatshields break out of all snares and do 10 - 15k Shield Slam crits justifies the nerf.

to ClBullGreat Video and certainly does paint an 'OP' picture. My main is a warrior and both my specs are PVP oriented only because I love to do it, though I don't that much. I never really saw the justification for any nerf whatsoever till seeing the damage outputs capable of prot by this vid and evidenced through top arena team match histories. I'm not sure, as has been previously posted numerous times, mobility is the problem however. Being kited is no fun, and even with WB in it's current state != sure win unless you are pulling the damage numbers this guy is.
