City of Heroes manages to manages to powers in the game work a bit differently in PvP zones than they do in PvE zones. Why can Blizzard not do this? Yes CoH is Far Far more PvE focused.

Count me into the crowd that finds any nerf for the sake of PvP, especially arenas, truly annoying when it affects the PvE game.

I would also like to add that I do not understand at all the mentality of any player complaining because they are unable to completely lock down an opponent and blast them to kingdom come with zero risk. This confuses me.
