The issue is not with blizzard,but with import/export policies of the nation's it is being sent from/to. As the authenticator is an encryption device blizzard may not be able to send it to your country because of America's export laws or that country's import laws. If you buy something else, they would be able to list that thing as the shipped product, such as 'toy' or 'software'. And please don't say Blizzard should lie about it, because that only leads to legal problems. Thank you.
