To some extent that's why the vote to kick option is there.. it's just too bad you have to wait 10 min or whatever to do it. If someone is doing this you should be able to kick them immediately. The waiting period is no doubt there to keep people from abusing it but they should think about reducing it drastically. If you have to kick the tank you're out those 10 min plus at least another 15 waiting for a new one.

Still like it better than Blizz trying to come up with some system that rates a spec to decide it's good enough to tanking. And that still doesn't guarantee that the jerk you get in the group won't switch to his DPS gear and spec once he gets in.
