This is a frustrating situation. When you sign up as tank, it should check to make sure you have a minimum defense, and a proper spec. (Prot, Feral, or any of 3 DK's). Those two things being verified would help. If you dont meet those requirements, then not be allowed to queue as tank.

IF IT HAPPENS TO:
1) If someone else can do the job they should switch and do the job and then boot the idiot that joined as "tank" just before last boss so he has to miss out on extra badges but had to invest his time.

2)If no one can do it, wait it out ... until he leaves. Yes this costs your time but if they never get to run the dungeon .. they will eventually stop doing this.
